Strawberry Jam

Ingredients for Strawberry Jam Donut Recipe
 
5 glasses of flour, (if sticky you can add a little more)
2 packages (7 gr) dry yeast
1/3 cup white sugar
1-1 / 2 (half) cups whole milk, heated
1/4 (quarter) water glass of melted butter
1/4 (quarter) cup melted fat
2 eggs
3/4 (one half + one quarter) tea spoon salt
3/4 (one half + one quarter) cups of turkish strawberry jam (no amount of donuts to be put into a certain amount)

Put a warm milk in a small bowl, 1 teaspoon sugar and yeast.
Let the yeast stand for about 5 minutes until you start to bubble slightly.
Add sugar, egg, salt melted sugar and fused solid fat into the footed mixer. Knead with dough hook or with your hand.
Then add yeast mixture and knead thoroughly.
Put the hamper in a large oiled-up vault and cover it with a stretch film. Put a warm ambiance on standby for 2 times the size. (it can take about 2, 3 hours)
Put the dough on a flourishing floor. Open it with a roller or with your hand until it is 1 1/2 inches thick.
Spread oily paper on a baking sheet and sprinkle flour on oily paper.
Cut the dough into a circle with anything in the shape of a circle. Put the donut dough on the greased paper tray you put on and put a cloth on it and let it rest (do not place too close but the till grow bigger).
Put the oil in a deep pot to fry the donuts. At a high level, get a little angry. (put a wooden spoon into the oil to make sure that the oil has become available, if it is foamy at the tip of the spoon it is good).
Fry both sides of the donuts in a 2-min oil for each side until it is a brownish golden color.
After taking the donuts from the oil, put them on a table napkin and remove the oil and then dip both sides in the powdered sugar.
Attach an end so that it is not too big for the end of the squeeze bag. Make holes in the sides of the donuts so that they will not be too big, but can be used comfortably in a squeeze bag. From there, squeeze your Turkel strawberry jam.
