5 pounds of grapes (with stem and seeds)
15 liters of clean drinking water
(The above ratio is 1/3 ratio.
If the vinegar is made with dry noodles, the water content can be increased to 5-7 liters for 1 kg.)
If the vinegar container is previously disinfected with boiling water and washed and rinsed with vinegar, it may prevent the growth of other bacterial cultures.
Water and grapes are taken into the container and covered with cheesecloth over the container to be made of grape circles.
