5 pounds of grapes (with stem and seeds)
15 liters of clean drinking water
(The above ratio is 1/3 ratio.
If the vinegar is made with dry noodles, the water content can be increased to 5-7 liters for 1 kg.)
If the vinegar container is previously disinfected with boiling water and washed and rinsed with vinegar, it may prevent the growth of other bacterial cultures.
